Marshall County Court Referral Services, Inc. has been providing quality services to the courts and community for over 20 years. Court Referral provides supervision services for all drug and alcohol related offenders for Marshall County and those transferred from surrounding counties and states. The Court Referral Program is divided into nine separate divisions. These divisions include, Court Referral Program Education Division, Municipal Courts Division, Felony and Pre-trial Division, District Court Division, Domestic Violence Intervention Division, Drug Court Division, Family Drug Court Division, Community Relations Division (School based and employee drug testing), and Drug Testing Laboratory Division.

Marshall County Court Referral Services, Inc. is dedicated to providing the best services to support the courts and the citizens of Marshall County. We have a dedicated staff to assist persons with drug/ alcohol related issue in receiving the services they need. We are also committed to providing training for our school system and local business on intervention based drug testing. We provide, at no cost, supervisor training for local business interested in beginning pre-employment or employee random drug testing programs.

In 2003 Marshall County Court Referral was given the CC BO Torbert award for outstanding services in Court Referral Programs for the State of Alabama. Siemens Healthcare Systems awarded Court Referral one of only three national awards for “Centers of Excellence”. Marshall County Court Referral has been asked to speak on the national stage regarding the development, implementation of Drug Court Programs and community based drug testing. We hope to continue to bring this expertise to our community.
